1. Membership Overview

The Successful Moms Club is a monthly membership program created and facilitated by Danielle Gray of Danielle Gray Coaching. The membership provides access to business and lifestyle support resources, expert trainings, community support via Telegram, co-working calls, and a growing library of digital content inside a private Kajabi portal.

2. Payment Terms

The membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis at the rate you joined (e.g., $55 USD or $77 CAD for founding members).
Your card will be charged automatically each month until you cancel.
By joining, you authorize Danielle Gray Coaching to process these recurring payments.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your Kajabi portal and updating your subscription settings, or by emailing [email protected].
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.

4. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the membership content and the immediate access granted, all payments are non-refundable, including partial months.

5. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

All content, trainings, resources, frameworks, audio files, and materials shared inside the membership — including but not limited to the MOM Method, trainings, subliminals, and expert masterclasses — are the intellectual property of Danielle Gray and Danielle Gray Coaching.

You may not:

Share, duplicate, distribute, or resell any content or materials from inside the membership
Claim any content as your own
Use membership resources to create your own programs or products without explicit written permission or a commercial license

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your membership without refund and potential legal action.
